We are now recruiting Seasonal Cabin Crew to join our Athens (ATH) base who have previous experience as Cabin Crew at a European airline. You will operate on our modern Boeing 787 Dreamliners on long-haul international routes for winter 2026/27.

As a member of Team Norse, you'll combine your passion for aviation with exceptional customer service, while making safety your number one priority. You'll work alongside a diverse, international crew and meet passengers from all over the world.

This is a full-time position with a TEMPORARY 7-month contract.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Set and deliver on Norse's high safety standards;

  • Provide excellent in-flight service that exceeds our customers' expectations;

  • Turn challenges into solutions or alternatives;

  • Think independently while still being part of a collaborative team;

  • Handle a wide range of expected and unexpected situations while in continuous contact with passengers and crew throughout the flight;

  • Work in alignment to our core values - Kindness, Ownership and Inclusiveness.

What we are looking for in a candidate:

  • Previous cabin crew experience at a European airline.

  • At least 20 years of age;

  • Fluent in English (CEFR level B2 or higher);

  • Able to report to the airport within 90 minutes when on standby duty;

  • Able to work on flights up to 14 hours in duration.

  • Able to be away from home up to 20 days at a time;

  • Able to start training in September (possibly October);

  • Previous B777 or B787 experience is preferred, but not required;

Documents and qualifications:

  • Completed education to a minimum level of High School or comparable level;

  • Valid passport (validity minimum 1 year);

  • Legal right to work and live in Greece and the EU;

  • Greek Social Security Number (AMKA);

  • Greek Tax Identification Number (AFM);

  • Legal right to travel unrestricted to and from all countries flown by Norse Atlantic Airways;

  • A valid class 2 medical;

  • Hold a valid EASA CCA (Cabin Crew Attestation issued from an EASA member state);

  • Documented flying experience at a European airline in the last 5 years;

  • Able to obtain a police certificate(s) from all countries where you have resided for more than 6 months during the last 5 years.

  • Documentation of your activities during the last 5 years (employment, education and/or unemployment). A letter will be required to explain gaps longer than 28 days.

Physical requirements:

  • Be at least 160 cm (63 inches) in height;

  • Reach overhead bins with ease and without assistance;

  • Stand for long periods of time wearing Company approved shoes;

  • Easily fit into and wear the Company uniform for up to 18 hours;

  • Swim 25 meters (length of Olympic swimming pool) unaided.

  • Meet all EASA medical requirements and obtain a medical certificate from an EASA certified Aeromedical Examiner (if you do not have one or if current certificate is expired).

  • Pass drug and alcohol test.
