Program Manager (Full Time)

POSITION SUMMARY:
Coordinate with Management and other Stakeholders to implement new or modified products from design concept to production implementation. This includes, but is not limited to, the development and maintenance of requirements documents, schedules, manpower resource requirements and loading charts, budgets, risk, issues, opportunities, and other such management tools for the execution of assigned projects.
Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures within aircraft design, manufacturing, and certification. Relies on the instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job, however, the position requires adaptability to the specific project situation, and the expectation of performance evaluation and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Initiate, plan, execute, control and close assigned projects
Perform other related duties as required
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This job has no supervisory responsibilities, however; is required to train and assist other employees.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Basic:
BA/BS in business or STEM field and 10 years of related experience
5+ years of project/program management experience
Preferred:
Degree in an Engineering or Business with Aeronautical/Aerospace discipline
General knowledge and skills associated with cross functional coordination in areas of design engineering, methodization, manufacturing planning, production control, supply chain management, manufacturing engineering, aircraft fabrication and assembly and quality management, testing and certification functions.
Requires comprehensive knowledge of Windows based computer programs such as Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
The employee must possess the ability to communicate effectively with all internal and external customers in both written and oral form
