PLEASE NOTE:

​Successful candidates will:

• demonstrate strong technical capability and a commitment to continuous learning;
• prioritize safety and contribute to Air Spray’s culture of operational excellence;
• maintain a professional, team-oriented, and service-focused approach; and
• be willing to work in remote locations for extended periods during wildfire operations.

WHEN SHOULD I APPLY?

• Pilots are hired in the spring. Interested pilots should submit their resumes to our Chief Pilot beginning in January for each fire season.

INTERESTED PILOT APPLICANTS:
BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR RESUME, PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Valid Airline Transport Pilot License with a current Group 1 instrument rating
• Total time - minimum 2000 hrs
• Pilot-in-command - minimum 1,000 hours
• Pilot-in-command IFR - minimum 500 hours 
• Multi-engine pilot-in-command - minimum 500 hours
• Valid Seaplane rating - minimum 250 hrs pilot-in-command (where applicable)
• Demonstrated experience in mountain flying
