Overview:

• As a subject matter expert, you’ll help ensure Safety remains the number one priority while creating a positive onboard experience through leadership, consistency and recognition of exemplary service that exudes Canadian Charm and is Friendly + all while keeping Efficiency in mind.
• We’re proud of what we deliver and are always looking for ways to make the onboard experience even better.  As a mentor, you’ll be perfectly positioned to gather feedback on what is and isn’t working for both our passengers and Rouge Crew.
• If you are an enthusiastic team player with experience as a flight attendant or Lead and a passion for customer service, we’d love to hear from you.
• The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, with excellent communication, conflict resolution, leadership and inter-personal skills.  They will be able to work without direct supervision and also need to be flexible, open-minded and resilient.
• All successful candidates will be required to complete the flight attendant initial training course and maintain their qualifications.
• Reports to the Manager, Customer Experience

• Willingness and ability to travel
• Demonstrates impeccable grooming
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
• High regard for confidentiality
• Previous cabin crew experience required
• Position based in Toronto
