This is a senior leadership role and involves overseeing maintenance activities, managing a team of maintenance professionals, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.
Qualifications/Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, or a related relevant vocational training combined with significant experience may also be considered.
Experience: At least 10 years of experience in aircraft maintenance, including a minimum of 5 years in a supervisory or managerial experience with turbo prop aircraft is required. General Airline experience with thorough knowledge in airline commercial/private operations.
Certification: Valid Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (LAME) license or equivalent additional certifications specific to turbo prop aircraft are beneficial.
