We're looking for an experienced Lead Avionics Mechanic to join the team at Willis Aviation Services Limited (WASL) in Teesside. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role within a growing Part-145 maintenance organisation, leading by example while carrying out hands-on avionics maintenance across a variety of aircraft.

The role will see you:
πΉ Leading and supporting a team of Avionics Mechanics
πΉ Carrying out aircraft avionics maintenance, repairs, modifications and fault finding
πΉ Ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and in line with Part-145 requirements
πΉ Maintaining the highest standards of quality, compliance and documentation
We're looking for someone with:
βοΈ A recognised aircraft avionics qualification or apprenticeship
βοΈ At least 5 years' aircraft maintenance experience within an avionics or electrical discipline
βοΈ Excellent fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
βοΈ Strong knowledge of aircraft wiring and electrical systems
βοΈ Experience within a Part-145 environment (desirable)
βοΈ Previous experience leading or mentoring engineers (desirable)
