Job Description

RESPONSIBILITY: 

  • Be able to work in Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK)
  • Order, coordinate and monitor overall catering operations for station.
  • Decision and Coordinate with cabin crew and catering supplier to ensure catering requirement uplift to aircraft.
  • Controlling ongoing cost effectiveness of catering operation for respective station.
  • Control, monitor and ensure on the safety aspects of personnel and equipment when handling catering
  • Decision and provide a solution in the event of problems with regards to catering operations/discrepancies.
  • Monitor staff or Catering staff performance and ensure follow KPI.
  • Monitor stock of amenities, F&B, catering equipment.
  • Shall be fit for duty according to alcohol and drug and other psychoactive substances procedure required by this GOM
  • Report to In-flight Service Supervisor.

Minimum qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • At least 3 years working experience in the aviation industry especially at catering area.
  • Background in airline operations
  • Proven knowledge in Ground Operations and or Customer Services.
  • Background in airline operations and/or ramp handling
