Bermudair Limited is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Cabin Crew & Safety. This role oversees the operational performance of our cabin crew, ensuring exceptional service delivery, compliance with safety protocols, and a superior guest experience. Reporting directly to the Head of Flight Operations, you will play a critical role in maintaining our high standards of safety and service quality.

What You’ll Do

  • Liaise with the Competent Authority on operational matters alongside the Head of Flight Operations.
  • Maintain the Operations Manual and control safety notices and instructions.
  • Handle recruitment and retention of Cabin Crew in coordination with the Head of Flight Operations.
  • Ensure proper training and scheduling of Cabin Crew for aircraft operations.
  • Collaborate with Ground Operations and Line Station Engineers regarding cabin presentation and aircraft housekeeping.
  • Conduct audits and assessments of cabin crew performance and craft corrective action plans as necessary.
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices.
  • Manage wellness programs, track attendance patterns, and liaise with HR to minimize disruptions.
  • Monitor cabin service standards and crew-passenger interactions, collaborating with customer experience departments.
  • Address safety deficiencies and ensure training adequacy is maintained
  • Conduct Line Training and Checks, promoting a safe and compliant crew culture.
  • Maintain open communication, motivate cabin crew, and create a supportive work environment.
  • Audit findings and adhere to safety standards, ensuring timely processing of safety reports.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Qualified trainer in CRM, AVMed, SEP, and SOP (desirable).
  • Minimum 3-5 years of cabin crew management experience in a commercial airline.
  • At least 3 years of in-flight management experience
  • Exceptional interpersonal and leadership abilities.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and industry best practices in safety and operations.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary
  • Ability to develop team effectiveness and foster relationships.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and technology-friendly.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
