Flight Crew Training Coordinator

Area of Responsibility:

• Prepare and submit all concerned document to all instructors and trainees.
• Prepare that all training rooms, equipment and facilities are available for training activities.
• Record, monitor and update training data, result and validation in company's systems and maintain hard copy in the file and backup in the system.
• Monitor the effiency of planning and last minute changes, giving feedback and suggestion to ensure efficiency in planning or changes are maintained.
• Prepare personal training record
• Perform any tasks assigned by training management.

Minimum requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 1 years of work experience airline business
• Knowledge in Flight Crew Training Manual, AOCR, Announcement of CAAT and Microsoft Office would be advancetage
• Must have skill in Microsoft Office
• Be able to comminicate in English (TOEIC 550)
• Can work under pressure
