As a VIP Flight Attendant, you are responsible for the entire onboard
experience – from planning to execution – with the goal of consistently
exceeding our customers’ expectations.
This is not a traditional flight attendant role. You work independently, often
under time pressure, and are expected to deliver tailor-made service at the
highest level – every time.

Overall responsibility for the cabin experience on private jet flights
Planning and implementing exclusive, tailored service
Working in an international environment with frequent travel and varying
destinations
Independent responsibility without daily operational support
Job responsibilities
Plan and coordinate all aspects of in-flight service
Customize menus and arrange catering of the highest international standards
Ensure quality in purchasing, deliveries and presentation
Prepare the cabin with a focus on comfort, aesthetics and details
Prepare, arrange and serve food to a high gastronomic level
Deliver discreet, personal and proactive service
Manage last-minute changes and complex logistics
Maintain the highest level of safety, service and hygiene
Ensure that the aircraft is kept in perfect condition before, during and after
flight
Manage costs and expenses associated with flights
Who we are looking for
You are a person who naturally takes responsibility, sees what needs to be done –
and does it, without being told.
You have a strong sense of service, but also understand that this role requires
more than that.

Requirements and qualifications
High school education
Fluent in English (additional languages are an asset)
Experience in cooking and serving at a high level (e.g. fine dining or silver
service)
Knowledge of gourmet catering, wine and beverage knowledge
Good computer skills
Very good physical shape
No visible tattoos
Valid passport and work permit within the EU
Approved background and security checks
Driving license
Possibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and bank holidays
Important to know about the role
The work involves irregular working hours and standby readiness
Schedule can be changed at short notice
Long working days occur
You will be away from home for several days at a time
The role requires high availability, flexibility and stress tolerance
