About the Role

7 Air is seeking a First Officer (Pilot) to support flight operations and assist the Captain in safely transporting cargo. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring safe, efficient, and on-time flights while maintaining compliance with FAA regulations and company procedures.

What You’ll Do

• Assist the Captain in all phases of flight operations
• Help ensure safe operation of cargo aircraft during takeoff, flight, and landing
• Conduct pre-flight inspections to confirm aircraft readiness
• Monitor weather conditions and support flight planning decisions
• Communicate with Flight Followers, crew members, and ground personnel
• Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and company procedures
• Monitor flight, duty, and rest requirements (Part 121)
• Coordinate with ground crews for proper cargo loading and unloading
• Maintain situational awareness and assist in decision-making during flight
• Participate in training and ongoing professional development
• Maintain professionalism and adherence to company policies at all times

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

• Valid FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate
• Current FAA First Class Medical Certificate
• Strong knowledge of FAA regulations and flight operations
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Good decision-making and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment
• Must be able to complete company training and maintain qualifications
• Must be under 65 years of age (FAA requirement)
• Previous cargo or commercial flight experience preferred
