Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service to passengers during flights, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable journey.
• Assist in the boarding process and ensure passengers are settled and aware of safety protocols.
• Handle passenger inquiries and concerns with a positive and professional demeanor.
• Assist with in-flight services, including food and beverage distribution.
• Work collaboratively with fellow crew members to maintain a safe and efficient cabin environment.
• Participate in training programs to learn about safety procedures and operational protocols.
• Stay adaptable and responsive to changing situations during flights.

• Fluency in Dutch and English, with excellent communication skills.
• No prior experience in aviation or customer service is required; training will be provided.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable manner.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and provide support in fast-paced environments.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations and challenges.
• Flexibility regarding work hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to meet the demands of the role, including standing for long periods and handling luggage.
