What you'll do...

• Deliver exceptional, customer-focused travel experiences by anticipating and accommodating passenger needs, ensuring seamless journeys, and providing clear, timely communication especially when schedules change.
• Operate and prepare aircraft in strict compliance with all federal, state, local, and international regulations, as well as Walmart’s industry-leading Flight Operations Manual (FOM) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement by building strong relationships across Scheduling, Standards & Training, Flight Operations, Safety, Maintenance, and Ground Support teams. Share knowledge, debrief on successes and opportunities, and champion operational discipline.
• Leverage your expertise to drive innovation and operational excellence, providing strategic insights and guidance to elevate team performance and deliver on business objectives.
• Partner with key stakeholders to identify and implement business solutions, adapt to evolving priorities, and capitalize on opportunities for growth and efficiency.
• Model Walmart’s values of integrity, respect, and open communication, ensuring compliance with all company policies and supporting a culture of ethical leadership.

What You’ll Bring…

• 10 years of Corporate Aviation experience
• Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) License with Multi-Engine Land Rating and English proficiency endorsement
• Valid US passport
• FAA First Class Medical Certificate
• Multiple Jet Type Ratings to include Praetor and/or Cessna 680

Minimum Flight Hours…

• 3500 Hours Total Time
• 2000 Hours Pilot In Command
• 500 PIC Jet with Experience in WGA Airframes: Praetor/Cessna 680+

The annual salary range for this position is $120,000.00 - $320,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...

Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) License with multi-engine land ratings and English proficiency endorsement.
Valid passport.
FAA first class medical certificate.
2,000 hours total flight time.
1,000 hours turbine time.
500 hours Pilot-in-Command (PIC) time.
Type rating in jet aircraft.
