Airnorth is seeking an experienced and passionate aviation professional to join our Flight Operations team as a Cabin Crew Team Leader based in Darwin.
Reporting to the Manager Inflight Services, this role is responsible for providing day-to-day leadership, operational support and guidance to Cabin Crew members, ensuring the highest standards of safety, customer service and professionalism are maintained across the operation.

As the Cabin Crew Team Leader, you will play a key role in supporting the Cabin Crew team and ensuring operational excellence. Your responsibilities will include:
Provide leadership, guidance and support to Cabin Crew members both on and off the aircraft.
Lead by example, promoting exceptional customer service and a strong safety culture.
Act as a key point of contact between Cabin Crew and the Manager Inflight Services, providing regular operational feedback and insights.
Support the implementation and adherence to company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
Coach, mentor and develop Cabin Crew members to achieve high levels of performance and engagement.
Assist with conflict resolution involving crew members and passengers when required.
Monitor service delivery standards and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Gather and provide customer feedback to enhance the passenger experience.
Support crew welfare and wellbeing, particularly during overnight operations.
Act as a representative of Airnorth at company-designated accommodation during night stops.
Participate in Cabin Crew meetings and contribute to operational initiatives and improvements.
Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, ethics and conduct at all times.
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
Previous experience as Cabin Crew within a commercial airline environment.
Demonstrated leadership, supervisory or mentoring experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organisational, planning and problem-solving abilities.
Proven ability to coach, motivate and develop team members.
Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
The ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced operational environment.
The successful applicant must be able to obtain and maintain:
Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC).
Current First Aid qualifications.
Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
Valid passport with unrestricted travel eligibility.
