About the role:

The Cabin Crew Member ensures the safety, comfort, and well-being of passengers throughout the flight. They provide exceptional customer service, conduct safety procedures, and respond effectively to any in-flight needs or emergencies. They act as the link between the airline and its passengers, maintaining professionalism while creating a safe and pleasant travel experience.

Responsibilities:

• Ensures the comfort of passengers throughout their journey.
• Delivers outstanding customer service with a warm and friendly attitude.
• Handles in-flight duties such as meal service and passenger queries.
• Assists in boarding, disembarking, ensuring smooth flight operations.
• Ensures passenger safety by implementing company safety procedures and emergency drills.
• Administers First Aid, if needed.
• Acts as an ambassador for the airline, offering a first-class experience from takeoff to landing.

• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergencies with professionalism.
• Ability to meet the challenges of dealing with guests with integrity in demanding situations.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma.
• Ability to swim well.
• Normal vision (contact lenses accepted).
• Flexible working in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Flexible to be based at any base of the Company.
• Military obligations fulfilled (if applicable).
• Fluency in Greek and English (verbal and written). Knowledge of additional languages will be considered an asset.
• IT literate (MS Office).
