Tasks

You are the face of our hospitality and take on responsibility on board. In this multifaceted role, you carry SWISS to the world.

• With careful and independent flight preparation, you ensure a smooth start to every mission.

• You ensure a professional appearance even with irregular working hours and unexpectedly longer assignments.

Requirements

To work as a Cabin Crew Member, you should meet the following criteria:

• CH or EU/EFTA passport
• Minimum age: 18 years upon receipt of application, no upper age limit
• Minimum height: 155 cm
• Arrival at Zurich Airport is possible within 75 minutes.
• Good swimming skills
• Willingness to be vaccinated with vaccines approved in Switzerland (including COVID-19, yellow fever, etc.)
• Excellent German and English skills; additional languages ​​are an advantage.
• Completed vocational training (EFZ) or higher education (e.g. Matura)
• Service-oriented, a team player, reliable and conscientious
• Self-reflective and willingness to develop further
• Flexible and adaptable, irregular working hours don't bother you.
• Neat appearance required; tattoos generally allowed except on the face and ears.
• If subject to military service: basic military training completed
