Not all Cabin Crew roles are the same, and this one is a little different.

Based in Perth, most of our flying sees you home the same day. If you’re looking for variety in aviation without being away from home for days at a time, this could be the role for you.

We’re looking for people who enjoy working with others, stay calm under pressure, and take pride in delivering a safe and positive experience onboard.

As men are currently underrepresented in our Cabin Crew team, we particularly encourage applications from men interested in pursuing a career in aviation and customer service.

What you’ll be doing

• Welcoming passengers and setting the tone for the flight.
• Delivering clear safety briefings and ensuring compliance.
• Providing a high standard of customer service.
• Supporting passengers with additional needs.
• Working as part of a close-knit crew.
• Managing unexpected situations calmly and professionally.

What we’re looking for

• A strong customer service background (hospitality, retail, healthcare or similar).
• Confident, calm and able to think clearly under pressure.
• Friendly, approachable and team-focused.
• Safety-focused with great attention to detail.

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
• At least 3 years’ work experience in a customer-facing role.
• RSA and First Aid/CPR (or ability to obtain).
• Ability to meet roster requirements, including very early starts, weekends and peak periods.

Desirable (but not essential)

• Certificate III in Aviation (Cabin Crew)
• Having prior aviation experience is beneficial.
