Job Title: Cabin Crew 
Reports To: Head of In-Flight Services, Crew & Cabin Safety


Job Summary
The Cabin Crew (CC) are the most visible representatives of BermudAir, committed to delivering exceptional 
customer service and ensuring the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of customers on-board. This role requires a 
customer-oriented, empathetic, and energetic individual who thrives in a dynamic team environment. They must 
maintain a professional appearance, adhere to safety regulations, and provide a welcoming atmosphere for guests 
throughout their journey.


Job Roles and Responsibilities

  • Ensure passenger safety by adhering to established safety regulations, including emergency and security 
    procedures.
  • Always ensuring the highest level of customer service excellence.
  • Deliver clear and competent announcements, including emergency and evacuation procedures
  • Administer first aid and medical assistance during emergencies when required.
  • Perform safety checks, report discrepancies, and ensure compliance with all safety protocols.
  • Provide warm, attentive service to ensure passenger comfort and satisfaction
  • Address passenger requests and concerns professionally, creating a hospitable environment.
  • Prepare and serve meals, snacks and beverages, adhering to hygiene standards.
  • Maintain cabin cleanliness and organized galley spaces, ensuring the highest presentation standards.
  • Manage unforeseen operational and passenger situations with professionalism and tact.
  • Adapt and perform effectively under stress, handling multiple tasks proactively and efficiently.
  • Assist passengers with luggage and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures for doors and 
    exits.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with team members to ensure smooth teamwork and coordination.


Qualifications

  • Minimum 21 years of age.
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience (ideally in hospitality).
  • Experience working effectively within a team.
  • Strong customer service abilities, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to perform well under pressure.
  • Legally eligible to obtain a US and Canadian Crew Visa.
  • Valid 5-year medical certification.
  • Must pass a criminal background check.
  • Fluent in English, including reading, writing, and communication skills (ICAO Level 5 or above). Additional 
    languages is an asset.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and meet the physical demands of the role.
  • Confident swimmer, able to swim at least 50m unaided.
  • Must be flexible to work mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and respond to callouts within 60 
    minutes
