Position Summary
The Avionics Instructor (CH-47) is responsible for developing and delivering technical instruction on CH-47 aircraft avionics systems, electrical systems, troubleshooting, diagnostics, inspections, and maintenance procedures. The instructor will provide both classroom and practical instruction while ensuring students meet military, regulatory, and organizational maintenance standards.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience teaching aircraft maintenance or aviation technical courses
Hands-on maintenance experience supporting CH-47 aircraft
FCC General Radiotelephone Operator License (GROL) or EASA B2 Aircraft Maintenance License
Strong knowledge of aircraft avionics, electrical systems, communication, navigation, and mission systems
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Aviation Maintenance, Avionics, Electronics, or a related technical field
Train-the-Trainer certification
Military or civilian aviation instructor certification
Experience developing aviation maintenance curriculum and technical training materials
Military aviation maintenance experience
Key Responsibilities
Deliver classroom and hands-on instruction for CH-47 avionics maintenance personnel
Train students on aircraft electrical, avionics, navigation, communication, and mission systems
Demonstrate troubleshooting, diagnostics, testing, and repair procedures
Evaluate student knowledge through written, oral, and practical assessments
Develop and maintain lesson plans, course materials, and instructional aids
Ensure all instruction complies with military, manufacturer, and regulatory requirements
Maintain student training records and certification documentation
Promote safe maintenance practices and quality workmanship

Salary
AED 40,000 per month
Approximately USD $10,890 per month (Tax-Free)
