About the team you are joining

Reporting to the CNS Key Account Manager, the Assistant Manager, Operations, is responsible for the day‑to‑day management of CNS collections and operational support. This role ensures consistent and effective communication and coordination with both internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain smooth operational performance. The Assistant Manager also supports the CNS  Key Account Manager with ongoing projects, process improvements, and the implementation of new initiatives.

What your day would be like

  • Support the day-to-day management of operational activities related to queries, endorsement changes, and operational implementations including Flexpay, credit card settlement and CASSlink.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for all collections and settlement cases.
  • Monitor rejected ACH collections and aging balances.
  • Follow up on and clear aging and unidentified balances.
  • Provide R&S Department with information to support the HAR (audit item).
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.

  • University degree in a business-related field.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Minimum one year of experience in accounting, accounts payable or accounts receivable.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Word.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish as this role interacts directly with our members.
  • Understanding of transportation industry, specifically air cargo.
  • Fluency in Salesforce and Casslink.
  • This is not a remote position; the successful candidate will be required to work three days from the office.
