Summary Pay Statement
Textron’s compensation package includes competitive base pay and provides eligible employees with benefit programs. Based on-site at Naval Air Station in Norfolk, Virginia; this position requires the flexibility to travel to domestic and international locations to support maintenance operations, sometimes with minimal notice. This position also includes the potential for periodic development in support of the U.S. Navy’s Carrier Onboard Delivery (COD) mission, with work occurring both at sea and/or ashore. Depending on business needs, extended travel may be required.
Aircraft Maintenance Technician, V-22\: On-Site Quick Response Team
Join our On-Site Quick Response Team (OSQRT) as a Technician and contribute your expertise and innovative ideas to support our maintenance operations. You’ll engage in complex troubleshooting and maintenance of the CMV-22 Osprey tiltrotor aircraft. Your primary responsibilities will include diagnosing issues with aircraft systems, installing aeronautical components, inspecting and evaluating damage, managing logistics, and performing functional testing and repairs.
