Aircraft Maintenance Planner

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate aircraft maintenance events in close collaboration with Sales, CAMO, and aircraft owners
• Ensure timely availability of all required materials and parts for scheduled maintenance inputs
• Monitor and adjust maintenance schedules, including changes in ground time and deferred items
• Track project preparation progress and ensure readiness in line with defined milestones
• Support Customer Service Managers (CSMs) and Technical Service Managers (TSMs) with administrative and commercial activities, including coordination of down payments with Finance
• Manage and ensure compliant customs handling (import/export, declaration and deregistration) of aircraft, engines, propellers, and APUs
• Provide relevant planning input and operational feedback to Sales for customer quotations
• Ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and company requirements

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a planning, coordination, or administrative role (ideally within aviation, MRO, or a technical environment)
• Technical aviation background preferred (e.g. CAMO, maintenance, operations)
• Strong IT skills, ideally SAP and MS Office
• Strong numerical affinity and structured working approach
• Self-motivated team player with a proactive mindset
• Fluent in German and English (additional languages are an asset)
• EU/EFTA citizenship or valid Swiss work permit
