Join the Aero team and support the processes of maintaining the operational readiness of aviation components in accordance with the highest quality and safety standards. Your role will involve performing maintenance and repair tasks within an organization approved under EASA Part-145.
Responsibilities:
Performing repairs and inspections of aircraft components HSTA (Horizontal Stabilizer Trim Actuator) in accordance with approved instructions and procedures.
Working based on the CMM (Component Maintenance Manual) – interpreting and applying manufacturer instructions in the repair process.
Handling hand tools, electric tools, and measuring devices.
Documenting performed activities in Woodward’s internal systems.
Ensuring compliance with safety and quality requirements (AS9100, EASA Part-145).
Collaborating with the engineering department to resolve technical issues.
Participating in quality control processes and internal audits.
Maintaining order at the workstation (5S) and adhering to occupational health and safety rules.
Requirements:
Technical education (mechanics, electromechanics, or related fields).
Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance or MRO (aviation preferred).
Familiarity with technical documentation, engineering drawings, and schematics.
Manual skills, precision, and attention to detail – ability to detect minor inconsistencies or defects in parts, equipment, or production processes to prevent non-compliant products from being released.
Ability to work in accordance with regulatory procedures (e.g., EASA Part-145).
Proficiency in English (B2 level) – mandatory.
Preferred: Part-145 training certificates.
Willingness to work in a shift system – two shifts.
Willingness to attend overseas training (6 months).
