The responsibilities of this position shall consist of, but not be limited to, the following:

- Safe and Efficient Operations: Operate company aircraft in full compliance with company policies, FAA regulations, ICAO guidelines, and manufacturer recommendations to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Exceed Expectations: Go beyond just meeting the needs of our customers—provide creative options and solutions as flight times and business needs evolve.
- Embrace Speed: Live our core competency of “Situational Adaptability” by ensuring timely, efficient flight operations and swift decision-making in a dynamic environment.
- Aircraft Stewardship: Maintain a clean and well-prepared aircraft, demonstrate pride in your role, and provide best-in-class service to our passengers.
- Proactive Safety Management: Actively participate in our Safety Management System (SMS) by identifying, reporting, and helping to mitigate safety issues. Provide valuable input on safety topics and consistently apply checklists to ensure sound decision-making.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with passengers and work collaboratively with the team to enhance the overall passenger experience.
- Integrity & Character: Lead by example with honesty, integrity, and strong ethical standards in everything you do.

- Ongoing Professional Development: Maintain pilot proficiency and stay up to date with industry standards. Complete annual simulator training (or equivalent), ground training programs, and semi-annual checks to remain both current and proficient.

Qualifications
We are interested in candidates who meet the following education, experience, and skills criteria:
Required Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work-related experience
Required Experience:
- Airline Transport Pilot Certificate – Multi-Engine
- 3000 Total Flight Hours
- 1000 Hours Pilot-in-Command (PIC)
- 500 Hours Multi-Engine Time
- Turbojet Aircraft Experience
- Current First-Class Medical Certificate (and the ability to retain it)
- Impeccable Safety Record: No FAA violations, accidents, or incidents
- Successful Background Check: Must pass TSA/HS regulations and release FAA Airman Certification Record
- Knowledge of FAR Parts 91 and 135 Operations
- Ability to Travel: 60-80% of the time
- Professional Appearance and Behavior
- Reliability & Punctuality: Must be exceptionally dependable and timely
- Relocation Flexibility: Willing to relocate or live between Minneapolis, MN, and Hayward, WI, or within a two-hour drive of Fort Lauderdale, FL (we are hiring for each location)
Preferred:
- Part 135 Experience
- International Flight Experience: Europe, South America, and Asia
- Challenger 350/3500 Type Rating

Additional Information
The hiring range for the Senior Captain role is $200,000 - $250,000 (Annually). Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, and candidate skill set and experience. Base pay is just one component of Jack Link’s Total Rewards package for Team Members. Other rewards may include annual incentive and program-specific awards.
