Senior Cabin Crew Member - Fly Play Europe

Fly Play Europe is seeking experienced, service-driven professionals to join our team as Senior Cabin Crew Members (SCCM). We prioritize leadership, safety, and service excellence and offer long-term career opportunities with commuting options.

As Senior Cabin Crew, you will play a key role in ensuring the safety and comfort of our passengers while also leading and supporting your fellow crew members. In this leadership position, you will set the standard for teamwork, professionalism, and exceptional onboard service, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.

MAIN TASKS AND QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for hardworking, flexible individuals with an outgoing and friendly personality who have the following qualities:

• A natural team player with a great personality
• Excellent English skills (additional languages are an advantage)
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and resourcefulness skills
• Adaptability and willingness to work a shift roster
• A passion for travel and meeting new people

REQUIREMENTS

To be considered for employment, candidates must successfully:

• Hold an EASA Cabin Crew Attestation
• Have a minimum of 1 year of flight experience
• Pass the assessment process
• Complete training successfully
• Pass a medical examination
• Pass a criminal background check
• Swim 25 meters unaided
• Preferably hold an Airbus Type Certificate
