Waldinger is looking to hire a qualified Pilot to join our team! This position supports the Captain in the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft and ensures compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements while providing exceptional service to passengers. Responsibilities:

• Flight Operations: Assists the Captain in pre-flight planning, including reviewing weather conditions, flight plans, and aircraft performance. Conducts pre-flight inspections to ensure the aircraft is airworthy and all required documentation is in order. Operates the aircraft in accordance with standard operating procedures and aviation regulations. Monitors aircraft systems and instruments during flight, reporting any abnormalities to the Captain. Participates in post-flight debriefings and assists with post-flight inspection.

• Safety and Compliance: Ensures compliance with all Federal Aviation Administration regulations, company policies, and standard operating procedures. Assists in emergency situations, following established protocols and procedures to ensure the safety of passengers and crew. Maintains up-to-date knowledge of aircraft systems, emergency procedures, and company regulations.

• Passenger Service: Provides exceptional service to passengers, ensuring their comfort and addressing any concerns or requests.

• Crew Coordination: Communicates effectively with the Captain, flight crew, and ground personnel to ensure smooth operations. Assists in coordinating with air traffic control and maintenance personnel as needed

• Documentation and Reporting: Maintains accurate flight logs and other required documentation. Reports any incidents, accidents, or irregularities to the appropriate authorities and company officials.

• Maintenance and Repairs: Conducts pre and post-flight inspections to identify and report any maintenance needs or discrepancies.

Requirements:
• Minimum experience of 500 hours of total flight time, with at least 200 hours as a pilot in command.

• High School Diploma/GED

• Certified Flight Instructor Certification (CFI) preferred

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
