We consider all our First Officers to be Captains in training. This job will provide you with an ample amount of turbine time, valuable all-weather experience, and the opportunity to upgrade to Captain. Our company runs 365 days a year in the US, Canada, Mexico, and the Caribbean. We have approximately 350 weekly departures.

Our aircraft proudly feature updated avionics, on-board weather and autopilots, new paint, and our crews benefit from a completely paperless experience with company issued iPads.

SALARY

• Competitive pay and benefits with ranges based on miles flown
• $50,600 - $67,000 possible your 1st year; Up to $100,700 - $108,600 year 2
• Earnings over a 5-year period up to $690,000
• Mileage pay for every revenue mile
• Per diem - up to $67/day domestic and $132/day international

MINIMUMS/REQUIREMENTS

• FAA CMEL Pilot Certificate w/Instrument Rating
• FAA First Class Medical
• 750 hours total time (1,000 preferred)
• 500 hours PIC
• 50 hours instrument in an actual aircraft
• 50 hours multi engine PIC
• Must be instrument current/proficient
• Valid US Passport with a minimum of 36 months prior to expiration at the start of training
• Able to travel unrestricted to Canada, Mexico and all countries in the Caribbean
• FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit
• Pass background check and pre-employment drug test
• 3-year Training Agreement
