Description

General Job Profile and Core Accountabilities:

The role is focused on overseeing a remote team in pilot pathway recruitment, adapting strategies as needed, and providing expert advice. This position requires a professional who can manage complex recruitment processes, offer strategic guidance, and drive continuous improvement in talent acquisition practices.

  1. Develop and implement talent acquisition and aviate recruiting strategies
  2. Manage the sourcing, recruitment, and application and selection process for the Aviate Program
  3. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies
  4. Provide support to internal and external stakeholders
  5. Utilize metrics to inform decision-making and improve processes
  6. Managing a team of remote recruiters
  7. Travel up to 50% or as needed during peak periods

Qualifications

Required:

The role requires a minimum of 4+ years of recruiting experience with 2+ years of pilot recruiting.

The base pay range for this role is $99,750.00 to $135,960.00.
The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
