Job Description:

1. As a Lear 45 Captain, you will be responsible for the safe operation of FAR 135 and 91 flight assignments primarily domestic and some international.

2. Maintain a high degree of technical proficiency and manage your personal life so as to report for duty in a condition deserving of the trust placed in you by peers and customers.

3. Record all aspects before, during, and after flight operations per our GOM and SMS manuals and procedures.

4. You will be expected to communicate efficiently and successfully with team members both within and outside of the cockpit.

5. We prefer to avoid hard and fast rules on short-term availability in favor of a team approach working together to balance servicing the demands of our industry while providing a satisfactory quality of life for the families on our team. We operate with a largely pilot controlled schedule giving you the opportunity to request your own time off. Pilots are expected to be available for duty with a minimum of 10 hours notice.

6. We strive to maintain an annual average of 13-15 duty days a month.

Job Requirements:

1. Highly experienced in Part 135 operations or corporate aviation with a minimum 500 hours jet time as PIC.

2. 200 hours in Lear 45 as PIC preferred. Other time in similar aircraft will be considered.

3. Must live or be willing to relocate to within one hour of KLNS.

4. Possess valid, unrestricted US Passport and Driver's License.

5. Current FAA First Class medical certificate and FAA airman certificates and ATP Lear 45 PIC
