You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, screening, scheduling interviews and hiring the DNA of our airline, our future Cabin Crew. That’s not all, you will possess well-honed stakeholder management skills and function as a Partner to the business, as well as external stakeholders. 

This dynamic role is pivotal for attracting talent through global roadshows, digital channels and your networks  that match our dynamic opportunities and exude our vibrant culture. Yours is a role which is pivotal to strategise, plan, assist and execute engaging assessment days, showcasing the Riyadh Air Brand across the globe. 

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong report management skills as well as a tech-friendly disposition to leverage technology to assist with the sheer volume of applicants. 

An eye for talent and a passion for telling our incredible story, you will attract passive and talented candidates to our organisation. You will represent the RX brand making potential hires feel at ease while ensuring their alignment with the needs of the business. 

As a current or former Cabin Crew member, your flying experience equips you with invaluable insights into the unique world of Cabin Crew operations. 

Ideally, you will demonstrate a combination of professional experience as Crew and Talent Acquisition demonstrating volume recruitment expertise.
