Blue Islands is seeking to recruit a Head of Cabin Crew to join its team in Jersey

This is an exciting opportunity to lead, develop and manage our excellent Cabin Crew team ensuring the highest standards of safety, service and regulatory compliance as we proudly provide connectivity for Jersey and Guernsey. 

Reporting to the Director of Flight Operations, you'll bring proven leadership experience from a senior cabin crew role, with a passion for service delivery excellence and team management skills. Proficiency in the MS Office suite of applications is also required.

Working with our wider Training team, you will help to deliver and develop our training, driving continual improvement, alongside helping to create programmes to enhance our safety culture and customer satisfaction.

The Head of Cabin Crew will also play a key role in recruiting, selecting and onboarding new cabin crew members, ensuring everyone in the team is delivering our high standards of safety and service consistently.
