Job Description

The Cabin Crew Admin will be responsible for supporting the operational and administrative needs of the Cabin Crew Department. This role is crucial in ensuring that equipment and supplies related to cabin crew duties are managed efficiently and maintained in good working condition. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate warranty services for vacuum units purchased for cabin operations.
  • Oversee the charging, replacement, and collection of batteries used for vacuum units, including coordination with the Cashier Office.
  • Ensure timely replacement of unserviceable vacuum units onboard aircraft.
  • Liaise with Cabin Crew Executives (CCE) at all operational hubs for warranty servicing and unit replacement.
  • Provide general administrative and operational support to the Cabin Crew Department.
  • Perform any additional duties assigned by the Supervisor as required to support departmental operations.

Requirements & Skills

  • Minimum SPM qualification.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize work effectively, and perform under pressure.
  • Willingness to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Preferred Attributes

  • Previous experience in administrative or operations support roles is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational issues.
