Summary and Objective
The Skillbridge program provides Military Service members with the opportunity to transition with the goal of receiving a Conditional Job Offer (CJO) at the end of the program. The Second In Command (SIC) reports administratively to the Chief Pilot. The SIC reports to the Pilot-in-Command (PIC) during flight. The SIC assists the PIC in preparing and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of company aircraft in accordance with the Federal Aviation Regulations and company procedures.

*15/13 preferred, 8/6 available
**Other requirements include: Current ATP MEL Certificate, current 1st Class Medical, current passport, active driver's license, and you must live within two hours of an airport with airline service (lower 48 states only). Required to sign a one-year (pro-rated) training contract. Preferred candidates will have 2500+ Total Flight Time AND experience with types in our fleet.
