JOB SUMMARY
The Director of Fleet Management will play a critical role within the Fleet Management team, reporting into the VP Fleet Management. The primary objectives of the role are to support secondary missions, develop OEM/MRO relationships and drive forward fleet programs.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Manage certain OEM aftermarket relationships, incorporate support/power-by-the-hour programs and co-ordinate project requirements from OEMs
• Manage fleet obsolescence risk and identify critical investments and upgrades
• S-92/Secondary Mission subject matter expert on conversions, STC kits, valuations and upgrades
• Identify & engage with design organizations to develop and certify solutions to augment fleet attractiveness in secondary missions
• Maintain Aircraft comparative performance database across missions and conditions • Project support on deliveries & redeliveries as required
JOB REQUIREMENTS, QUALIFICATIONS, and COMPETENCIES
Educational/ Experience
• Business or Engineering Degree or equivalent
• Contract negotiation experience
• 10+ years of experience at a lessor, OEM or operator
• Project Management experience
Technical/Functional
• EASA or FAA Licensed helicopter engineer on one or more of the following: S92, AW139, H145, H175, AW189, AW169
• Demonstrated understanding of leasing and lease product
• Must have demonstrable experience working on projects and initiatives
