CORPORATE CABIN CREW

We are seeking a professional and discreet Private Jet Flight Attendant based in Liverpool to deliver world-class service aboard VIP and executive charter flights. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the comfort, and well-being of high-profile clients while upholding the highest standards of luxury hospitality and confidentiality. A flexible and proactive approach is essential to meet the dynamic requirements of private aviation.

About the job

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to our charter clients and owners. Everything we do is geared towards the best customer experience possible. 
  • Comfortable with independent working, as well as working within a team. 
  • Driven and motivated to learn all required service procedures. Understanding that procedures are standardised, and you’ll be expected to follow these.
  • A confident communicator, you’ll demonstrate emotional intelligence, flexing your style to engage customers and colleagues whilst representing the ACS brand.
  • Confident making decisions which impact the service and the operation.
  • Have an understanding of the commercial implications of decisions, regarding catering, stock levels and balancing that with giving a polished service.
  • Work with cabin crew manager and base managers on maintaining a good stock level and control.
  • Maintain a network that supports resourcing catering or ground teams such as FBO’s and cleaning teams.
  • Involvement with creation of packing plans, catering changes and procedural roll out. 
  • Flexibility and resourcefulness are key features we need from you.
  • Ability to quickly form relationships, establishing rapport with a diverse range of colleagues, both in the air and on the ground.
  • Committed, hardworking and reliable, you’ll understand how your contribution enables delivery of team results.

Requirements

  • Education: fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a flight attendant; prior experience in private or corporate aviation essential.
  • Travel time to base: ideally, live within approximately 90 minutes of Liverpool.
  • Passport: hold a 10-year UK/EU passport, minimum validity 6 months, which permits worldwide travel freely to all the destinations worldwide.
  • Uniform guidelines: you’ll be required to follow ACS uniform guidelines.
  • Fit to operate: you’ll be required to operate in line with all regulations and remain fit in line with the regulations, company operational manuals and company instructions.
  • Able to obtain a full and valid airside ID subject to Disclosure Scotland checks.
  • Testing for psychoactive substances (drugs & alcohol): to prevent misuse of psychoactive substances, testing for psychoactive substances will be conducted, upon employment and may be required by the airline during your employment.
