Are you an accomplished aviator with a proven record in corporate flight departments and a passion for leadership, safety, and service? We’re seeking a dynamic Chief Pilot to lead our Challenger flight operations and elevate our aviation program to new heights.
This is more than a cockpit role—it’s a opportunity to shape and deliver world-class flight experiences for our executives, family members, and business partners.
As Chief Pilot, you’ll combine hands-on flying with operational oversight, mentoring, and innovation—ensuring that our aviation program is the gold standard for professionalism, safety, and service.
Your Mission
- Inspire & Lead: Mentor and manage a small flight crew, building a culture of safety, excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Fly the Missions: Serve as Pilot in Command for domestic and international flights on our Challenger aircraft.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee scheduling, training, and daily flight operations with full FAA compliance.
- Safety First: Champion SOPs and SMS practices, setting the highest safety benchmarks.
- Collaborate & Coordinate: Partner with maintenance teams and vendors to ensure inspections, audits, and readiness.
- Strategic Partner: Work closely with company leadership to align aviation operations with business needs.
- Customer-Focused Service: Deliver professionalism, discretion, and an exceptional travel experience.
What You Bring
- FAA ATP with Challenger type rating (604/605/650 preferred).
- 10,000+ total flight hours, including 5,000+ turbine PIC.
- Minimum 5 years of corporate aviation experience
- Global flight experience strongly preferred.
- Leadership and mentoring experience.
- Current First Class Medical.
- Valid passport with international travel eligibility.

Travel & Physical Requirements
- Up to 45% travel, including international destinations.
