Are you an accomplished aviator with a proven record in corporate flight departments and a passion for leadership, safety, and service? We’re seeking a dynamic Chief Pilot to lead our Challenger flight operations and elevate our aviation program to new heights.

This is more than a cockpit role—it’s a opportunity to shape and deliver world-class flight experiences for our executives, family members, and business partners.

As Chief Pilot, you’ll combine hands-on flying with operational oversight, mentoring, and innovation—ensuring that our aviation program is the gold standard for professionalism, safety, and service.

Your Mission

  • Fly the Missions: Serve as Pilot in Command for domestic and international flights on our Challenger aircraft.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee scheduling, training, and daily flight operations with full FAA compliance.
  • Safety First: Champion SOPs and SMS practices, setting the highest safety benchmarks.
  • Collaborate & Coordinate: Partner with maintenance teams and vendors to ensure inspections, audits, and readiness.
  • Strategic Partner: Work closely with company leadership to align aviation operations with business needs.
  • Customer-Focused Service: Deliver professionalism, discretion, and an exceptional travel experience.

What You Bring

  • FAA ATP with Challenger type rating (604/605/650 preferred).
  • 10,000+ total flight hours, including 5,000+ turbine PIC.
  • Minimum 5 years of corporate aviation experience
  • Global flight experience strongly preferred.
  • Leadership and mentoring experience.
  • Current First Class Medical.
  • Valid passport with international travel eligibility.

Why You’ll Love This Role

  • Competitive compensation and full benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401(k), vacation, holidays, sick pay).
  • A stable, privately owned company with a strong reputation.
  • A schedule that balances hands-on flying with leadership responsibilities.
  • Opportunity to shape the future of a highly professional corporate aviation program.

Travel & Physical Requirements

  • Up to 45% travel, including international destinations.
  • Must be able to perform all pilot duties, including preflight checks and passenger assistance.
