In this role, you’ll 

  • Ensure the highest standards of safety and compliance by conducting all duties and responsibilities as per your Part 64 Cabin Crew licence and Company Manuals.
  • Respond swiftly and effectively to in-flight emergencies, including administering first aid and managing medical or operational incidents with professionalism and care.
  • Create a welcoming and supportive onboard experience by greeting and assisting travellers, and providing clear information throughout the journey.
  • Deliver a memorable in-flight service, which may include the preparation and serving of meals or light snacks, beverages, and refreshments, with attention to customer preferences and special needs where possible.
    Handle passenger queries, complaints, or concerns with empathy and a solution-oriented approach to ensure satisfaction and reinforce customer trust.
  • Support operational excellence by assisting with the boarding and disembarking process, managing in-flight service flow, and contributing to overall efficiency and on time performance.
  • Maintain accurate inventory of onboard supplies and manage stock levels effectively before, during, and after flights, ensuring availability while minimising waste.
  • Prepare and submit post-flight reports and documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Fulfil ad hoc operational duties and assignments as required, including the ability to operate on international contracts from time to time in alignment with the company’s needs.

Key Requirements

Qualifications & Licences 

  • Successfully completed an Ab-Initio Cabin Crew Training Program with a SACAA Approved Aviation Training Organization (ATO).
  • Hold a SACAA Cabin Crew Licence issued under Part 64 of the Civil Aviation Regulations and Technical Standard.
  • Hold a valid & current Class 4 Aviation Medical issued by an Designated Aviation Medical Examiner, and comply with all medical restrictions and protocols.

Experience

  • Prior Cabin Crew experience is advantageous.
  • A strong track record in a customer centric environment is advantageous.
