[The "face" of Jetstar Japan! Assisting our customers in making their air travel more comfortable!] ◆ You will be responsible for providing in-flight services and security operations on domestic and international flights.

Education and training system

[STEP 1] Initial Ground School (IGS) will be conducted for approximately one month.

[STEP 2] You will proceed to on-the-job training and screening on board.

[STEP 3] Start working as a cabin crew member

Application requirements

Employment status: Full-time employee

Working hours: Shift work based on a monthly variable working hours system (average of up to 40 hours per week)

Work location: Narita International Airport (Chiba Prefecture)

Access

JR Line/Keisei Line: Airport Terminal 2 Station

Salary 

Monthly salary from 188,180 yen *During the initial ground training period (4 weeks), the monthly salary will be 179,550 yen.

The above is the monthly salary as of September 2025 and may be subject to change (increase) at the time of joining the company.

The driving allowance is 1,990 yen (hourly rate)

* Crew allowances are paid for the hours exceeding 40 hours per month.
