Responsibilities
You’ll ensure aircraft remain airworthy to the highest aviation standards, while directly supporting Maintenance Managers in the delivery of maintenance and aviation operations.

To be successful will also have:
  • Proven experience in performance of aviation maintenance
  • Personnel management and technical leadership skills at the task level
  • Demonstrated understanding between hazards, risk and the ability to implement associated controls
  • Ability to influence through written and oral communication

Qualifications - essential
  • Experience in performance of aviation maintenance
  • Demonstrated personnel management and technical leadership skillsat the task level
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of Human Factors in Maintenance
  • Demonstrated understanding between hazards, risk and the ability to implement associated controls
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to influence through written and oral communication
Experience & competencies - essential
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of the requirements of DASRs,
  • Strong level of professional mastery,
  • Excellent competence in; planning, leadership,
  • Excellent understanding of the continuing airworthiness system,
  • Well-developed computer literacy with an ability to produce, analyse, and interpret complex reports and information,
  • Strong understanding of Plan, Brief, Execute, Debrief (PBED) principles
  • Excellent understanding of WH&S requirements
  • Demonstrated understanding of the effects of Human Factors in Maintenance.
