As an Aircraft Captain and Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing dynamic aircraft operations around the globe. You will require excellent teamwork and Crew Resource Management (CRM) skills to lead fellow crew members to meet the demands of our global business. In addition to being a good pilot, you will be responsible for owning and collaborating with cross-functional teams on various aviation projects to maintain, grow, and evolve our Aviation Program. You must possess a curiosity and be adaptable, along with having a desire for continuous improvement and learning. You will thrive amidst ambiguity and be comfortable navigating shifting priorities.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $207,000-$304,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
