Conduct investigations and counseling sessions with follow-up. Organize and facilitate interviews on disciplinary issues
Research and analyze areas for performance improvement
Ensure the safety and security of cabin operations are conducted efficiently and according to applicable regulations, regulatory authority, and standards of HKA, IOSA, ISO, etc.
Maintain and manage the crew performance record. Consolidate and prepare crew annual performance results. Organize and coordinate administrative functions, including leave matters, budget, etc.
Monitor cabin crew attendance and productivity by administering the Attendance Management Program (AMP), conducting data analysis, reviewing crew profiles and rosters, and implementing corrective measures
Identify crew with attendance issues (high level and patterned absence), plan and organize AMP meetings,
Arrange medical examinations with the company designated doctor, phone interviews, ad hoc counseling, and any other follow-up
Assist in audit control checks and compliance. Manual updates for ISO
Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or other related subjects
A minimum of 5 years of cabin crew or airline-related experience and supervisory management experience
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Putonghua is preferred)
Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
Good communication skills and techniques
Able to work independently with minimum supervision
Good work ethics and behavior
Candidates with less experience will be considered for Cabin Crew Performance Officer roles
