What you'll do

- Facilitates the completion of Risk Management Worksheets to support the safety management process within the IOC.
- Facilitates FAA regulatory correspondence and investigations
- Develops and presents required presentations for the monthly Safety Working Groups
- Ensures IOC compliance with the Safety Management System requirements
All you'll need for success
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- Bachelor's degree in related field or 5 years related operational experience
- Experience with Corporate Event Reporting System (CERS) and Dispatch Environmental Control System (DECS)
- Experience in roles requiring interaction and effective communication across all levels of leadership
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- Former aviation safety and/or SMS background and/or Dispatch, Crew Scheduling, or other Operations Control Center experience.
- FAA Pilot or Dispatch Certificate or equivalent operational experience
- 2 years Analytical Experience
Skills, Licenses & Certifications
- Knowledge of Flight Operations Department for a FAA Part 121 major air carrier
- Ability to effectively management multiple tasks and prioritize appropriately, while taking direction from several sources
- Knowledge of Dispatch and Crew Scheduling department for a FAA Part 121 major air carrier
- Ability to be team oriented and work cooperatively with other team members to manage the varying workload and collectively meet department goals
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
