Job Description:

 

 

  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies, policies, and procedures for various engine types including RB211, CT79C3, PW100, CFM56, and PT6A.
  • Oversee the engine overhaul and repair process, ensuring compliance with manufacturer specifications and aviation regulations.
  • Monitor engine performance and implement measures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Liaise with manufacturers and service providers for technical support and warranty claims.
  • Ensure all maintenance activities are documented in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to other offices and teams.
  • Stay abreast of technological advancements and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Requires proficient knowledge of job area. May have practical knowledge of project management.
  • Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience.
  • Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
  • In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.
  • Active Secret Clearance
  • Working Knowledge of FAA requirements
  • Familiar with Commercial Aircraft Manuals
  • Aircraft Maintenance Experience (A&P preferred)
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in aircraft engine maintenance
  • Experienced with MS Office

  • Certifications specific to aircraft engine maintenance.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in the use of maintenance management software.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
