Manager of Aircraft Maintenance

Reynolds Jet is currently searching for a full-time Aviation Maintenance Manager to join our growing Aircraft Management operation at the Cincinnati Lunken Municipal Airport (KLUK). The ideal candidate will be a team player, great collaborator, customer focused, fanatical about safety of flight and operations, and have a passion for delivering a differentiated level of service.

This position serves as a full-time Aviation Maintenance Manager for Reynolds Jet. The experienced Aviation Maintenance Manager will be responsible leading a team of technicans for inspection, troubleshooting, repairs, and return to service of company aircraft for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance. Attention to detail is of utmost importance as this position requires following instructions and manuals precisely.

• Directly responsible to the Director of Maintenance for the operation he/she is assigned.
• Ability to dispatch qualified technicians in a short period of time to repair aircraft.
• Complete assigned tasks properly and timely in accordance with the policies and procedures set forth in the company manual.
• Ensue all paperwork related to assigned tasks is completed properly and in a timely manner.
• Manage time and attendance of maintenance technicians and inspectors. 
• Ensure proper Required Inspection item procedures are followed when required.
• Understand and follow procedures out of the aircraft manufacture’s maintenance manuals and Reynolds Jet General Maintenance Manual.
• Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned.
