Key Responsibilities:<\/b>
<\/p>
- Lead and manage all aspects of cabin crew operations to ensure safety, compliance, and outstanding customer service.
<\/p><\/li> - Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to maintain operational standards and regulatory requirements.
<\/p><\/li> - Oversee performance management, training, rostering, and resource planning for the Cabin Crew department.
<\/p><\/li> - Ensure adherence to company policies, aviation safety rules, and quality standards.
<\/p><\/li> - Foster a culture of safety, security, and continuous improvement.
<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

Requirements<\/h3>Key Requirements:<\/b>
<\/p>- Proven managerial experience in a Cabin Crew leadership role.
<\/p><\/li> - Extensive experience within the aviation industry, preferably in cabin services.
<\/p><\/li> - Strong understanding of safety regulations, operational standards, and crew resource management.
<\/p><\/li> - Excellent communication and people management skills.
<\/p><\/li> - Relevant qualifications are desirable but not mandatory.
