About the Role:
Pacific Aircrew Services, the agency of choice for PNG Air, is seeking a highly experienced and motivated professional to fill the role of Manager Cabin Crew Services. This is an exciting leadership opportunity for an individual with a strong background in cabin crew operations and team management within the aviation industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all aspects of cabin crew operations to ensure safety, compliance, and outstanding customer service.

  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to maintain operational standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Oversee performance management, training, rostering, and resource planning for the Cabin Crew department.

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, aviation safety rules, and quality standards.

  • Foster a culture of safety, security, and continuous improvement.



Requirements

Key Requirements:

  • Proven managerial experience in a Cabin Crew leadership role.

  • Extensive experience within the aviation industry, preferably in cabin services.

  • Strong understanding of safety regulations, operational standards, and crew resource management.

  • Excellent communication and people management skills.

  • Relevant qualifications are desirable but not mandatory.
