At Leidos Airborne Solutions Australia, we’re not just flying planes; we’re safeguarding Australia’s borders and saving lives. We proudly operate the world’s largest outsourced civil maritime surveillance mission, patrolling 8.2 million square kilometers of Australia’s waters. Our highly modified jets provide rapid response search-and-rescue capabilities over land and sea for the Australian Maritime Safety Authority (AMSA), saving and assisting lives in some of the world’s most challenging environments.
Our footprint is as expansive as our mission, with operational bases strategically located across Queensland, Victoria, Western Australia, the Northern Territory, and the Indian Ocean Territories. Meanwhile, our 24/7 Operations Centre, Continued Airworthiness Management Organisation (CAMO) and Systems Integration Lab in South Australia are at the core of our operations, coordinating missions, as well as collaborating with local SMEs to prototype and test aircraft mission management system hardware, software, equipment and wiring integration for mission support and ISR operations.
By joining us, you’ll be part of a dynamic team that’s redefining what’s possible in airborne operations. You’ll contribute to missions that protect national interests and save lives – all while working with cutting-edge technology and alongside some of the best minds in the industry.
