  • Completes all training in a timely manner as assigned by Training, Safety, or other Flight Ops authorities.
  • Prepared for duty days ranging from 6 to 12 hours, with the expectation that actual flying will be between 4 and 8 hours.
  • As a crew, review and approve preflight paperwork including flight plans and routing provided from Dispatch.
  • Performs pre and post flight inspections, report any irregularities immediately.
  • Fuels the aircraft in accordance with the dispatch release.
  • Loading/unloading aircraft on a regular basis.

Minimum Job Requirements


  • Airline Transport Pilot Certificate, restricted ATP may be considered case-by-case
  • 2,500 hours total time
  • 1,000 hours pilot-in-command
  • 500 hours pilot-in-command multi-engine
  • 500 hours cross-country; 100 hours pilot-in-command cross-country
  • 500 hours turbine time within Alaska
  • 100 hours night, 25 hours night pilot-in-command
  • 75 hours instrument
  • Previous FAR 121 or 135 experience
  • FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit (preferred)
  • Possess a valid driver’s license
  • Possess a valid US passport
  • Able to pass pre-employment drug and background screening
  • Authorized to work in the US
