KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

The 757 Program Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the Boeing 757 flight operations training and standardization programs. This role ensures compliance with FAA regulations, company policies, and industry best practices while maintaining the highest standards of safety and operational excellence. The Program Manager will work closely with multiple departments, including the Training Department and Flight Standards Board (FSB), to develop and refine training programs, manuals, and checklists. Other duties include:  

  • Supporting the Emergency Control Center (ECC) during crises or security incidents, coordinating with internal and external agencies as needed.
  • Development of flight profiles, with consideration of the LOS database.
  • Responsibility, authority, and creation of the Flight Standards Manual.
  • Collaboration with the Training Department to design, implement, and refine training programs for pilots and check airmen, including updates to all flows, checklists, and applicable manuals.
  • Coordination with DFOT regarding the content of aircraft-specific systems training.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 

The ideal candidate will be a highly organized and proactive security leader with expertise in aviation security, risk management, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications include: 

  • Must possess a high school diploma or GED.
  • Must have an FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate with a Boeing 757 type rating.
  • Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in flight operations, training, or a related field.
  • Must have experience as a check airman or instructor pilot (preferred).
  • Must have Experience in hazard identification, risk analysis, safety assurance, and corrective action implementation.
  • Must have a strong understanding of FAA regulations, particularly those related to Part 121 operations.
  • Must have previous experience in developing flight training programs and standardization manuals.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, leadership, and crisis management skills with past experiences that demonstrate these skills.
  • Must have strong organizational and project management skills and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.
  • Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check and drug test.
  • Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English fluently.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
  • Must be comfortable working in an airport environment around odors and sounds typically associated with operating aircraft.
