The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will be one of the main points of contact for customers and crew using Chantilly Air Jet Center. The CSR will provide assistance with various tasks including scheduling aircraft arrivals/departures, booking accommodations, working as a team with Line Service, and processing different payments, all while being the face of the company and demonstrating the highest degree of confidentiality. We are looking for highly motivated individuals who can provide their own unique qualities while working in a fast-paced, friendly Business Aviation environment.
Job Functions:
High School Diploma/GED or equivalent

The employee must be able to work in both a heavy maintenance environment and upscale customer areas. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate with occasional high volume when aircrafts arrive/depart. The employee is frequently exposed to vibration.
